My Philosophy:
I thrive on helping other people. Training, health and fitness is not just about the one hour that gets put into the workout, but also about what happens for the remaining 23 hours of the day. Everyone's reason for training will be different. I believe that in many cases only being a personal trainer might be too limiting. Instead, I prefer being available as a fitness coach, and looking at health from a holistic perspective
In my eyes, me and you are a team and I will do everything I possibly can for you to reach the wanted goal. For some it might be very specific, and for others it might be more about feeling well in everyday life. Whatever the goal or future desire might be, I will passionately look to help you get to where you want to be.
I put a big emphasis on varied training, having lots of fun along the way and making sure that you have support that serves for in and out of the gym. If that sounds interesting, then you’ve come to the right person!
About Harry:
Harry was born in 2002 in England but raised in the north of Sweden, the town of Luleå.
Therefore, he is fluent in both English and Swedish, as well as understanding Danish and some Faroese.
He started regularly with strength training when he was 15 years old and has always been active in several sports during his childhood.
After graduating college at the age of 18, he’s had the opportunity to live in England and Norway for shorter periods of time, whilst playing football with professional teams.
At the end of January 2024, he moved to the Faroe Islands to play football with B71 Sandøy, and most importantly, to coach fitness and start helping you!
